Thank you for your interest in Kuumba Academy Charter School (KACS)!

Application for the 2025/26 school year for students in grades K-8 Opens November 4, 2024.  We are accepting applications for all grade levels.

• All applicants must first pre-register in their feeder pattern district school of residence, if not already registered in a Delaware public school, and then must complete a standard choice application form during the school choice application window for the 2025-2026 school year. The Public School Registration application (English, Spanish) helps determine your district school of residence.
  
  Families may begin the pre-registration process with their feeder pattern school now before Open Application begins November 4, 2024.

• All Kindergarten applicants must be at least five (5) years of age on or before August 31, 2025 to apply for Kindergarten in the 2025-2026 school year.

To apply for application, please complete our School Choice Online Application. Please note that KACS will only accept online applications, and a separate application must be filled out for each applying student.
